Job Summary
ServiceNow IRM Senior Developer
Role Summary
Responsible for designing configuring and extending ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions with strong hands on expertise across Risk Policy & Compliance Audit Vendor Risk and integrated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk Compliance Audit VRM).
- Develop advanced Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies Client Scripts and Flow Designer flows.
- Build and customize risk scoring models control objectives assessments issues and remediation workflows.
- Integrate IRM with CMDB SecOps ITSM TPRM external GRC tools and data sources.
- Create executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics.
- Support upgrades patching and regression testing across ServiceNow releases.
- Troubleshoot complex platform/configuration issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 8 years on ServiceNow platform 2 years on IRM/GRC.
- Strong JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer IntegrationHub.
- Solid understanding of risk controls compliance frameworks and audit concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow CSA CIS-IRM
- IT Risk / GRC / Security certifications are an advantage
