Hiring: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8 Years
Salary: 3540 LPA
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across CSM HRSD and ITSM domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals
Lead platform design integrations and technical governance
Oversee integrations with enterprise systems like SAP & SuccessFactors
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices compliance and platform standards
Support release management upgrade planning and environment strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Guide developers and consultants throughout implementation lifecycle
Required Skills:
Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across CSM HRSD & ITSM
Expertise in CMDB Flow Designer Integration Hub & custom app development
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models workflows & JavaScript scripting
Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems
Strong documentation solution design & stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications:
CSA ITIL v3/v4 Implementation Specialist Certifications CTA/CMA (Plus)
Required Skills:
Required Skills: 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Experience in ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM or related modules Strong requirement gathering & stakeholder management skills Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience Agile/Scrum environment experience Strong testing and documentation knowledge
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Sciece Information Technology or related field
