Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and hands-on experience with AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing Now Assist Skill Kit Prompt Engineering Generative AI AI-driven workflows and ServiceNow platform customizations across ITSM modules. This role requires designing developing and deploying intelligent automation solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Design develop and implement AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize Now Assist Skill Kit AI Agents and Generative AI capabilities.
- Develop effective prompts and optimize AI responses using Prompt Engineering best practices.
- Build and maintain custom applications workflows UI components and integrations.
- Develop and enhance ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge Management and Service Catalog.
- Design AI-enabled workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes.
- Configure AI search virtual agent capabilities and intelligent automation features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues optimize performance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews documentation testing and deployment activities.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow AI and Generative AI innovations.
