Job Summary

Summary:
This role is essential to maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency within the field operations team. The individual will lead technician performance management ensure compliance with standardized procedures and drive continuous improvement through training audits and data analysis. By evaluating field performance implementing updated SOPs and resolving operational challenges the incumbent helps improve service delivery reduce rework and optimize spare part costs. Acting as a key liaison between field teams and central operations this position ensures alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire train and retrain technicians according to central team guidelines.
  • Conduct on-site and digital quality audits using the Digital Audit SOP.
  • Assess technician performance based on training and field execution; submit monthly performance reports.
  • Investigate recurring job quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead the rollout and enforcement of new and revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Resolve individual field issues; escalate persistent or unresolved problems to central operations and quality teams.
  • Analyze repeat jobs and recommend targeted training to close performance gaps.
  • Support spare part cost optimization through usage monitoring and analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of spare part management and cost control strategies.
