As a Service Technician or Senior Service Technician you will be the frontline expert responsible for ensuring every vehicle that enters our workshop leaves in optimal condition. The role blends traditional automotive repair skills with specialized knowledge of highvoltage EV systems offering a unique career path for technicians eager to work at the intersection of two rapidly evolving technologies.

The daytoday environment is a busy wellequipped workshop where safety and precision are paramount. You will receive a steady stream of service orders ranging from routine oil changes and brake inspections to complex EV battery diagnostics and motor replacements. Each task requires a methodical approach: first identify the fault using diagnostic tools; second develop a repair plan; third execute the repair while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards; and finally verify the fix through comprehensive testing.

Success in this role hinges on a solid foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates should have handson experience with EV diagnostics a working knowledge of battery management systems and familiarity with OEM service manuals. The ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams schematics and technical bulletins is essential. Additionally strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and a customerfocused mindset will set you apart.

Service Technicians receive an inhand salary of INR per month while Senior Service Technicians earn INR 23000 per month plus statutory benefits such as Provident Fund.
