Job Summary
As a Quality Engineering Lead you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied throughout the application lifecycle. By defining and implementing key metrics you will manage and assess the testing process focusing on test execution and defect resolution to drive continuous improvement and excellence in quality assurance.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
