About the role:

Chiller Service Manager responsible for providing post-sales support guiding teams and ensuring timely resolution of chiller-related issues. Managing customer interaction and meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins. Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the NPS for the customer segment handled

• On time SA renewal with plan price increase

• Adoption and usage of the SFDC functionalities

• Monitoring field hours for optimum productivity

• Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team

• Keeping Safety as prime objective

• Meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins

• Ensure the overdue are minimized (less than 15% of AR)

• AR management as per Plan

• Digital initiatives to be adopted and implemented within the team.

• Inventory Forecasting
