Hiring: Service Executive

Location: Shivane Pune Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in Electrical or Electronics Preferred: Basic knowledge of Solar Systems Salary:
Fresher: 12000–14000 (In-hand)
Experienced: CTC as per experience and suitability
Job Responsibilities
Provide online technical support through portals/software.
Troubleshoot basic issues related to solar pumps controllers and related systems.
Coordinate with service centres warehouse site engineers and internal teams.
Follow up on pending repairs materials and service complaints.
Maintain daily service reports complaint records and documentation.
Communicate with customers and farmers and provide basic system guidance.
Escalate complex technical issues to the senior technical team.

Basic reporting and documentation skills.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel for site work when required.
