Job Summary
Position: Service Engineer (QC/DQC Instruments)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle repair preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of GC HPLC UPLC and GC-HS instruments in QC/DQC laboratories.
2. Troubleshoot issues such as pressure fluctuation no suction area variation high pressure gas-flow problems GC spikes and leakage.
3. Perform routine maintenance including flushing internal cleaning and consumable replacement.
4. Coordinate with OEM service engineers for major breakdowns and technical issues.
5. Maintain instrument service records and ensure maximum instrument uptime.
6. Support QC/DQC teams in resolving instrument-related issues during routine analysis.
