We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in SPM installation commissioning troubleshooting and maintenance. The candidate should have mechanical electrical and basic PLC/automation knowledge and be willing to travel across India.

• Installation alignment leveling and commissioning of SPMs and component cleaning machines.

• Mechanical assembly machine wiring panel connections and utility connections.

• Machine startup testing trials sensor calibration pump/heater/conveyor setup.

• Troubleshooting of PLC HMI VFD sensors motors heaters pumps and control panels.

• Troubleshooting of mechanical components including pumps piping filters conveyors and reciprocating systems.

• Read and understand GA mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and attend customer breakdowns.

• Prepare basic service installation and commissioning reports.

• Train customers on machine operation safety and basic troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with internal teams for technical problem resolution.

• Travel to customer locations across India for installation service commissioning and training.

• Good practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Basic PLC/HMI and VFD troubleshooting knowledge; Mitsubishi/Siemens preferred.

• Knowledge of sensors motors heaters pumps control panels and machine wiring.

• Ability to use a multimeter and basic tools.

• Ability to read mechanical/GA and electrical drawings.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
