Position: Service Engineer

Salary: 18000 – 25000 TA DA Incentives Other Statutory Benefits/Month
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service Support for Electronics/Home Appliances. Candidates with Technician experience in the Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances industry are preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Install service and repair home appliances and electronic products.
* Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
* Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints on time.
* Perform preventive maintenance and replace defective parts.
* Maintain service reports and warranty documentation.
* Ensure quality service and high customer satisfaction.
