Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy

• Serve as the technical architect and primary SME for Workday integrations defining enterprise integration architecture governance and technical standards.
• Design scalable secure and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.

Solution Delivery

• Lead the design configuration deployment testing and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio Core Connectors EIB APIs and web services.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.

Operations & Technical Leadership

• Provide advanced production support root cause analysis monitoring and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
• Mentor technical team members review solution designs and promote development standards and best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive system optimization emerging technology adoption reporting strategy documentation and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.

Education and Experience:

• Typically possesses Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
• Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects
• Experience supporting global multi-national HR operations (including the US)

Preferred:

• Workday Pro certifications.
• Payroll/time tracking integration experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• In-depth understanding of object oriented architecture
• In-depth knowledge of HR system (Workday)
• Ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional analytic skills and capabilities.
• Ability to anticipate draw conclusions and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
• Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
• Experience supporting a global customer base.
• Proficient with project management methodology and tools.
