Senior UX Researcher

Role Summary:Lead and drive end-to-end UX research derive actionable insights and influence product and business decisions across complex cross-functional Responsibilities1. Lead Complex UX Projects- Plan design and execute end-to-end research initiatives- Derive deep user insights from qualitative and quantitative data- Translate insights into product UX and business recommendations- Define research roadmaps aligned with product strategy- Own research across multiple domains (e.g. automotive enterprise tools digital ecosystems)- Handle ambiguity and shape problem statements- Drive discovery and validation phases in product development2. Enable Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with design engineering product and business teams- Collaborate with global stakeholders in distributed environments- Mentor junior researchers and guide best practices- Influence product decisions using data-backed narratives- Bridge gaps between user needs business goals and technical feasibility- Present insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders3. Strengthen UX & Design Thinking Culture- Champion design thinking across the organization- Build scalable research frameworks playbooks and repositories- Contribute to UX maturity and organizational capability buildingSkills & Qualifications- Bachelors/Masters degree in UX or Service Design.- Bachelors/Masters in Design HCI Psychology or related field- Profiles graduated from reputed design institutes only - IISc (CPDM); IITs (e.g: IDC IIT Bombay); NIDs Srishti Manipal Institute of Art and Design and Technology; Indian School of design and Inovation (ISDI); MIT Institute of Design Pune; Symbosis Institute of Design etc- Strong expertise in qualitative & quantitative research methods- Experience in stakeholder management and storytelling- Ability to connect UX insights to business impact- Experience in complex domains (e.g. automotive SaaS enterprise systems) is a plus- Proficiency in research tools (UserTesting Dovetail etc.)

Qualifications :

Bachelors/Masters degree in UX Design or Service Design.
