Job Description: Senior UiPath Developer Location: Bangalore India Mode: Hybrid (2 days work from office) Experience: 4 – 7 years Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UiPath Developer to join our Bangalore automation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing developing and deploying scalable and maintainable RPA solutions. You will utilize UiPath Studio Orchestrator and best practices especially around robust exception handling and transaction management to deliver high-quality automation solutions leveraging REFramework Work Queues APIs and both Web and UI automation. Knowledge of UiPath Agentic Automation would be a strong advantage. Certification in UiPath is mandatory — candidates must hold either UiPath Professional Associate Professional Developer or Professional Architect certification. Key Responsibilities • Develop design test and deploy end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath Studio. • Utilize the REFramework to build robust automation workflows incorporating granular exception handling retry logic and transaction processing. • Create and manage Work Queues in UiPath Orchestrator for efficient large-scale processing with seamless retry and exception handling. • Develop automations for diverse environments including Web applications desktop software Citrix and virtual environments. • Integrate API workflows to interact with REST and SOAP services enabling complex data processing and real-time communication. • Configure deploy and monitor robots via UiPath Orchestrator including scheduling logging and queue management. • Ensure automation projects follow well-defined best practices and coding standards including reusable components modular design clear documentation and version control. • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Mentor junior developers—conduct code reviews audits and support quality assurance activities. • Troubleshoot and optimize automation runtimes for performance reliability and scalability. • Stay updated on UiPath platform enhancements including features such as Agentic Automation and cloud Automation (Automation Cloud). Good to Have • Experience with UiPath Agentic Automation multi-bot orchestration and distributed robot coordination. • Knowledge of integrating AI/ML technologies with UiPath workflows. • Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines for RPA project lifecycle automation. • Experience deploying UiPath automation in cloud environments including Automation Cloud and Azure. Required Skills & Qualifications • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in UiPath automation development. • Proven expertise in UiPath Studio development including advanced workflow design and debugging. • Extensive experience with the REFramework emphasizing exception handling transaction management state machines and logging. • Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator — robot management queue configuration asset management schedules and monitoring. • Hands-on experience handling Work Queues for transactional processing and exception scenarios. • Development experience integrating APIs (REST/SOAP) and working with different authentication methods. • Proficient in web automation and UI automation including tricky environments like Citrix/VDI. • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or relevant industry experience.
