Senior Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hotel reservations for domestic and international destinations.

Handle bookings amendments cancellations and special guest requests with accuracy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and luxury hotel partners globally.

Negotiate competitive rates exclusive benefits and room availability with hotel suppliers.

Provide personalized hotel recommendations based on client preferences budgets and travel requirements.

Coordinate with hotels suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless booking experiences.

Resolve reservation issues overbookings and guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay updated on global hospitality trends new hotel openings promotions and destination knowledge.

Ensure compliance with company service standards and reservation policies.

Maintain accurate booking records and prepare reservation reports as required.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of experience in hotel reservations luxury travel or hospitality reservations.

Strong expertise in international and domestic hotel bookings.

Established network with premium and luxury hotel brands across global destinations.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong customer service orientation with a consultative approach.

Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple reservations simultaneously.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in reservation platforms hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in luxury travel destination management or travel concierge services.

Familiarity with global hotel chains and independent luxury hotels.

Knowledge of GDS and other hotel reservation systems is an added advantage
