Senior Technology Recharges Business Analyst
Job Summary
The position focuses on supporting budget and forecast processes month-end reporting and associated recharge activities alongside acting as a key contact for queries relating to forecast actuals and invoicing.
The role also provides analytical support across markets and clusters including budget and forecast analysis month-end variance analysis and benchmarking to identify optimisation addition the role contributes to business case tracking ad hoc analysis and ongoing stakeholder engagement through regular forums and meetings.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Technology Recharges & Financial Management
- Support the delivery of the Technology Recharging process across Enterprise Technology
- Assist in maintaining the recharge model ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Support the PxQ recharge framework helping stakeholders understand outputs and resolve queries
- Act as a key contact for recharge-related queries providing clarification on calculations and supporting issue resolution
- Contribute to data collection validation and analysis across Technology and Finance inputs
- Support cost allocation analysis across products platforms and services
- Assist with journal preparation invoicing and communication of recharge outputs
Budgeting Forecasting & Month-End
- Support the technology forecasting process including review and validation of submissions in Apptio and alignment to SAC
- Contribute to month-end reporting including:
- Actuals reporting
- Variance analysis
- Commentary preparation
- Assist in managing recharge-related month-end processes including audit and invoicing queries
- Support tracking of headcount and staff cost inputs for recharge calculations
Business Analysis & Process Support
- Support gathering and documentation of business and user requirements
- Assist in documenting and improving recharge processes and operating models
- Support onboarding of new entities into the recharge framework
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling to support decision-making
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Partner with Technology and Finance stakeholders to support delivery of recharge activities
- Help translate financial outputs into clear and understandable insights
- Support adherence to recharge governance and established processes
- Assist in responding to market queries particularly relating to recharge calculations
Commercial & Strategic Support
- Support transformation initiatives and tracking activities (e.g. Project Alliance)
- Provide analytical support on technology cost drivers and trends
- Work with Finance stakeholders to support interpretation of cost allocation outputs
