Youll partner with Engineering Product Cloud Operations Professional Services and Corporate Technology leaders to attract exceptional talent and deliver an outstanding candidate role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment enjoys solving complex hiring challenges and combines strategic sourcing expertise with strong business you will do:Lead full-cycle recruitment across Engineering Product Management Cloud Operations DevOps Security Data Engineering Quality Assurance and Professional with hiring managers to understand business priorities workforce plans and hiring needs while acting as a trusted talent innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter referrals talent communities networking and market proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical an exceptional candidate experience by managing interviews offers negotiations and onboarding with professionalism and recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring decisions improve hiring outcomes and optimize recruiting employer branding initiatives and represent Dayforce in the external talent you will bring:Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent within SaaS enterprise software cloud technology or other product-led hiring Software Engineers Product Managers Cloud & DevOps Engineers Site Reliability Engineers QA Automation Engineers Security Engineers Data Engineers and Technical sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Dayforce Workday Greenhouse Lever or stakeholder management interviewing negotiation and relationship-building and Hiring manager Experience Champion - you think through the process and look for opportunities through the communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the Success Looks LikeDeliver high-quality hires across technical functions while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager diverse talent pipelines for critical skill time-to-fill while maintaining quality of hire and strong offer acceptance recruiting metrics and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring yourself as a trusted advisor to business leaders and a collaborative partner within the Talent Acquisition youre passionate about connecting exceptional technical talent with meaningful opportunities and want to help shape the future of work wed love to hear from you.
