- Architect & Scope High-Impact Solutions: Partner with Sales Product Marketing and customer leadership to evaluate complex enterprise environments design high-availability storage architectures (replication clustering cloud integration) and scope Professional Services engagements that drive sales conversion and solution adoption.
- Lead Enterprise Data Migrations & Implementations: Own end-to-end technical execution of complex data center consolidations and block/file migrations using specialized appliances (e.g. Cirrus Data) and native toolsets ensuring seamless cutovers with zero data loss and minimal operational disruption.
- Automate & Modernize Storage Operations: Develop custom scripts (Python PowerShell Shell) and integration workflows to automate replication disaster recovery and cloud-bursting processes within client environments drastically reducing delivery timelines and human error.
- Direct Consultative Project Delivery & Risk Management: Deliver post-sales technical engagements as a lead subject matter expert managing technical scope changes mitigating delivery risks and ensuring projects complete on time and within budget to maximize customer ROI and satisfaction.
- Storage Architecture & Disaster Recovery Expertise: Mastery of enterprise storage infrastructure (SAN NAS block file) high-availability clustering replication technologies and disaster recovery/business continuity framework design.
- Data Migration & Toolsets Mastery: Deep hands-on experience executing large-scale data center migrations using appliance-based tools (e.g. Cirrus Data) and host-level migration utilities across multi-vendor OS environments (Linux UNIX Windows).
- Automation & Cloud Infrastructure Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in authoring automation scripts (Python PowerShell Shell) to integrate storage environments automate migrations and orchestrate hybrid-cloud infrastructures (AWS Azure VMware).
- Consultative & Technical Leadership: Strong pre-sales and post-sales advisory capabilities with proven ability to manage project scope mitigate delivery risks and effectively articulate complex technical solutions to enterprise stakeholders.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
