Job requirements
- Configure manage and troubleshoot Blue Coat ProxySG appliances.
- Implement URL filtering web access content filtering and authentication policies.
- Create and maintain whitelist and blacklist rules.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSL inspection/decryption.
- Monitor proxy performance logs and web traffic.
- Perform ProxySG upgrades patching and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot user access authentication and web application connectivity issues.
- Analyze logs and traffic to support security investigations and compliance requirements.
- Integrate ProxySG with Active Directory LDAP and SSO solutions.
- Manage and support Firewalls Routing Switching and VPN technologies.
- Perform network and security incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation configurations and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with network security and application teams to support enterprise security initiatives.
