Your work profile

• Support planning execution and monitoring of IT/technical projects
• Track project schedules milestones risks and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation status reports and governance artifacts
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Assist in resource planning and utilization tracking
• Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks standards and processes
• Facilitate project review meetings and stakeholder communications
• Manage and monitor IT service processes including Incident Problem Change and Service Request Management
• Ensure SLA compliance and track service performance metrics
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Maintain ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy etc.) and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare service reports dashboards and performance insights
• Support audits and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices

Key skills required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field
• 37 years of experience in ITSM and/or PMO roles
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem Management)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow Jira Confluence MS Project or similar
• Strong analytical reporting and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
