Senior Supply Planner SAP IBP

In SC Planning we are responsible for balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability and operational efficiency across HPs global network. Our core activities areSupply Planningand the creation of aMaster Production Schedule (MPS). We use advanced planning tools such asSAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)to align inventory capacity production and logistics distribution.

As a result we coordinate flows between manufacturing sites/vendors and distribution centers ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations with optimal inventory.

Our business segment isLarge FormatHardware andAccessoriespart of the Printing business in HP withbroad portfolio of SKUsto manage.

• Own and execute the monthly supply planning cycle in SAP IBP.

• Generate and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

• Convert the demand plan into a feasible supply plan; incorporate demand changes (deals sales overperformance or plan adjustments).

• Balance demand inventory targets and capacity constraints following flexibility guidelines.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelors or mastersdegree in engineering or business administration.
• High interest in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• International exposure is highly valued.
• Automation skills and/or previous AI experience are a plus.
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing Data Analytics or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
