Senior Specialist Oracle Giving & CSR India

Oracles Social Impact team seeks a Senior Specialist to support and strengthen the companys Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in India with a focus on education and community impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities navigate complexity and drive programs from planning through execution. This individual should be comfortable working independently liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve processes and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of Oracle Givings CSR programs and grant portfolio ensuring successful implementation compliance and impact measurement.
  • Manage relationships with nonprofit partners and implementing agencies serving as a key point of contact throughout the grant lifecycle.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations internal policies and governance requirements including fund utilization monitoring reporting and documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence proposal reviews budget assessments agreement management payment processing and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance Legal Procurement Communications and other teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Monitor program performance track milestones and outcomes identify risks and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Support annual planning and portfolio reviews by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on CSR regulations nonprofit sector developments and emerging social impact practices to help strengthen program delivery.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Masters degree in social work development studies public policy nonprofit management business administration or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in CSR social impact philanthropy nonprofit management grantmaking or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of India CSR regulations compliance requirements and governance practices.
  • Experience managing grants nonprofit partnerships and multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional corporate stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Prior experience supporting program design process improvement or portfolio management is strongly preferred.
