The ideal candidate willbe responsible forbuilding scalable test automation frameworks designing performance testing strategies and ensuring applications meet quality reliability scalability and availability requirements.

This role requires strong technical expertise in test automation performance engineering CI/CD integration cloud technologies and modern software architectures

Principal Responsibilities:

• Define testing strategiesobjectives and success criteria.

• Design develop andmaintainrobust and scalable automation frameworks for web APIPerformanceand backend applications.

• Create and execute automated functional regression integration and end-to-end test suites.

• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts through automation.

• Review and enhance existing automation processes and frameworks.

• Analyze test results identify defects and work with development teams for resolution.

• Design and execute load stress spike endurance scalability and capacity tests.

• Identify application bottlenecks across application database network and infrastructure layers.

• Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations.

• Work closely with developers architects DevOps and operations teams to improve system performance.

• Validate system scalability and reliability under expected and peak workloads.

• Establish performance baselines and monitor trends across releases.

• Support production readiness reviews and performance tuning initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering Information Technology or related field.

• 7 years of experience in software quality engineering with a strong focus on automation and performance testing.

• Strong experience designing automation frameworks and performance testing solutions.

• Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Experience working with cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
