Senior Software Engineer (Tafeely Developer)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Tafeely Developer) to join our engineering team. This role focuses on designing developing and managing scalable APIs using RESTful and SOAP architectures within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java (J2EE) backend integrations and secure API development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance enterprise-grade digital solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs aligned with OpenAPI standards building scalable microservices and backend systems using Spring Boot and integrating APIs with internal platforms and third-party systems.

You will also implement robust security practices optimize application performance and manage Java memory efficiently. Additionally you will develop and maintain database scripts stored procedures and triggers collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders for project delivery and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment using Jenkins.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 8 and J2EE technologies hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture and experience with Apache Camel and Groovy. Proficiency in REST SOAP JSON XML Swagger and OpenAPI is also required. Experience with messaging systems API security standards and application servers is a plus.
