Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis professional with strong expertise in SAP system administration monitoring support activities and exposure to SAP RISE environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Provide Level 1 Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP systems and Basis administration activities.
. Understand business/user requirements and determine the relevant SAP Basis administration areas for resolution.
. Perform SAP system performance monitoring and workload analysis.
. Monitor operating systems databases and SAP environments to ensure system stability and availability.
. Conduct daily weekly and monthly system health checks.
. Manage SAP landscape activities including system refresh system build and maintenance across various environments.
. Support and administer SAP RISE environments ensuring smooth system operations and coordination with cloud/platform teams.
. Handle SAP user administration activities including user creation role assignment authorization support and account maintenance.
. Perform client administration activities such as: Client creation Client export/import Local client copy Client refresh
. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.
. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system maintenance upgrades and support activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration.
. Hands-on experience in SAP RISE environments and cloud-based SAP landscape support.
. Expertise in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.
. Hands-on experience in workload analysis OS monitoring and DB monitoring.
. Experience in SAP landscape management refreshes and system builds.
. Strong knowledge of SAP user and client administration.
. Good analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
. Ability to manage production support and critical issue handling effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills:
. Exposure to SAP upgrades patching and transport management.
. Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
. Experience working in enterprise support environments.
