Job Title - Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce Service Cloud)

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Location - Bangalore

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:

• 8 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation.
• Design develop test deploy and support scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and Service Cloud features.
• Configure and customize Case Management Knowledge Omni-Channel and Service Console.
• Build workflows automation reusable components and business process orchestration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs middleware integrations CTI Omni channel routing and external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models governance and case lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams for backlog refinement sprint planning estimations and delivery.
• Contribute to scalable secure and maintainable Service Cloud architecture and solution design.
• Perform code reviews unit testing defect resolution and ensure high-quality engineering standards.
• Support production environments troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines deployment automation DevOps practices and SDLC improvements.
• Implement monitoring logging and proactive alerting mechanisms for application health.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with QA Product Integration and Business teams.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
