Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

. Design develop and maintain UI applications.
. Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.
. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features.
. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met
. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:
6 to 10 years

. React and/or
. Tailwind CSS and Shadcn/UI for maintainable scalable interfaces.
. Component design systems: Building reusable scalable UI libraries.
. Storybook: Isolated component development and documentation.
. web technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript/TypeScript REST/GraphQL APIs)
. Docker Kubernetes or OpenShift

CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins Git
Good to Have Skills:

. cloud native experience : (AWS/Azure) with services like Lambda ECS or Azure Functions
. data warehouses and lakehouses (Snowflake Redshift Azure Databricks) and vector databases (PGVector Opensearch)
. Apache Airflow for data/ML workflow
. LLMs and RAG based applications
