Senior Software Engineer AI Agent Engineering

Key Requirements:

1. Strong Python Programming Skills

   • Strong hands-on experience in Python development including writing clean scalable and maintainable code.

2. LLM Architecture & End-to-End Understanding

   • Detailed understanding of LLM architecture core components and end-to-end LLM application workflows.

   • Strong understanding of how LLMs integrate with applications data APIs and AI services.

3. End-to-End Agent Development

   • Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Agents end-to-end from architecture and development through deployment and monitoring.

4. Advanced AI / Agent Engineering Skills
   Strong hands-on knowledge of areas such as:

   • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

   • Agent Observability

   • Memory Management

   • Skill Management

   • MCP (Model Context Protocol)

   • Agent Gateway / Agent Orchestration

   • Agent-to-tool and agent-to-agent interactions

5. Cloud-Native Development & CI/CD

   • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployment.

   • Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

   • Ability to troubleshoot application container and deployment-related issues.

6. AWS Expertise

   • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.

   • Ability to design and deploy scalable AI/agent-based solutions on AWS.

7. Solution Architecture & Design

   • Strong experience in designing scalable reliable and production-ready solutions.

   • Ability to create and communicate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

   • Understanding of scalability availability security performance observability and maintainability considerations.
