Job requirements
Experience Range:
With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Azure development and cloud-native engineering
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design develop and maintain responsive web applications and scalable backend services supporting healthcare member journeys
2. Build and optimize APIs and microservices on Azure cloud platforms ensuring high performance and security
3. Integrate conversational AI interfaces retrieval-augmented generation solutions and AI-powered user experiences
4. Implement secure authentication authorization and data protection controls across APIs and application services
5. Integrate enterprise healthcare APIs and data sources to enable provider search benefits guidance and cost estimation workflows
6. Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or OpenShift supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
7. Enhance observability monitoring logging and performance optimization for cloud-native applications
8. Write clean testable and production-ready code participate in code reviews and implement automated testing and quality engineering practices

Desired Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a closely related discipline
2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent Azure certification
3. Certification in AI engineering or cloud-native development (such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is highly desirable
