Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Catalog Development ITSM and CSM modules along with integration expertise. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions working across modules and supporting enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.
Experience in automation and CMDB-driven design patterns is highly valued especially in environments involving phased transformations and multi-client support.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development
- Design and develop Service Catalog items workflows flows and UI policies
- Build and enhance solutions in ITSM (Incident Change Request Problem) and CSM modules
- Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance
Catalog & Workflow Expertise
- Develop dynamic catalog forms with client-specific logic
- Configure approval workflows Flow Designer and automation rules
Integration & Data Handling
- Develop and manage integrations using APIs
- Handle data transformation mapping and validation
Platform Customization
- Develop Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions Client Scripts
- Customize Portals / UI Builder components
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Participate in design discussions and solution reviews
- Support UAT deployment and post-production fixes
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Service Catalog development
- ITSM and CSM modules
- Solid scripting skills:
- JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
- Glide APIs
- Experience in:
- Flow Designer
- REST API integrations
Platform Knowledge
- Good understanding of:
- Role-based access & entitlements
- ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization
Certifications (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- At least one of:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI capabilities in ServiceNow (e.g. Virtual Agent Predictive Intelligence GenAI features)
- Experience in automation-first design approaches
- Knowledge of enterprise service portals or UI Builder
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Experience working in multi-client or shared platform environments preferred
Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
