Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Catalog Development ITSM and CSM modules along with integration expertise. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions working across modules and supporting enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.

Experience in automation and CMDB-driven design patterns is highly valued especially in environments involving phased transformations and multi-client support.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

• Design and develop Service Catalog items workflows flows and UI policies
• Build and enhance solutions in ITSM (Incident Change Request Problem) and CSM modules
• Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance

Catalog & Workflow Expertise

• Develop dynamic catalog forms with client-specific logic
• Configure approval workflows Flow Designer and automation rules

Integration & Data Handling

• Develop and manage integrations using APIs
• Handle data transformation mapping and validation

Platform Customization

• Develop Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions Client Scripts
• Customize Portals / UI Builder components
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work with cross-functional teams
• Participate in design discussions and solution reviews
• Support UAT deployment and post-production fixes

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Service Catalog development
• ITSM and CSM modules
• Solid scripting skills:
• JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
• Glide APIs
• Experience in:
• Flow Designer
• REST API integrations

Platform Knowledge

• Good understanding of:
• Role-based access & entitlements
• ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization

Certifications (Mandatory)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• At least one of:
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI capabilities in ServiceNow (e.g. Virtual Agent Predictive Intelligence GenAI features)
• Experience in automation-first design approaches
• Knowledge of enterprise service portals or UI Builder
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Experience working in multi-client or shared platform environments preferred
