Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on Ola Electric scooters.
Conduct routine maintenance part replacements and field repairs.
Handle complex issues related to battery motor controller wiring harness sensors and vehicle
software.
Mentor junior technicians and ensure service quality.
Provide technical support to customers for timely issue resolution.
Maintain service documentation and reports.
Coordinate with central technical teams for escalated issues and updates.
Ensure safety compliance and proper workshop processes.
Assist in inspections pre-delivery checks and service camps.
