Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant
Remote (India-based)

We are looking for a strong SAP Incentive Management Consultant with hands-on experience implementing SAP Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions /CallidusCloudCommissions).

Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)
Compensation Plan Design
Commission Calculations
SAP CX / SAP Integration

Candidate MUST have:

End-to-end implementation experience
Strong functional and configuration knowledge
Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
Hands-on experience with commission calculations incentive rules quotas territories workflows and reporting
Experience with integrations testing go-live andhypercaresupport

Preferred Experience:

Multiple full lifecycle implementations
Experience working directly with business stakeholders
Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems
SQL and data migration experience preferred
