Position: Senior Sales Officer
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience preferably from the Toys or FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales operations across the assigned Bangalore territory.
* Handle and maintain relationships with stockists distributors and secondary dealers.
* Drive Primary and Secondary Sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Ensure timely primary collections and outstanding payment recovery.
* Manage sales and business development for key retail accounts within the assigned territory.
* Expand market coverage by identifying new business opportunities and dealer networks.
* Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
* Prepare sales reports forecasts and territory performance updates.
