Job Description – Senior Relationship Manager (Mortgage)

Location: Gandhi Nagar
CTC: Upto 6 LPA

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving mortgage business through direct and indirect sourcing channels while ensuring high-quality customer acquisition and smooth end-to-end processing.

• Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business from the assigned market.

• Manage and develop relationships with DSAs connectors builders and corporate channels.

• Ensure customer profiling documentation accuracy and timely login of files.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for sanction and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sourcing and productivity targets.

• Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis.

• Drive customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP.

• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and local market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
