Role

We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Resident Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This is an Onsite Mumbai role reporting to the Manager Professional this role you will be the strategic face of Zscaler for our enterprise clients deep-diving into unique customer environments to architect configure and integrate solutions on our industry-leading Zero Trust platform. You bring a strong consultant mindset exceptional customer-facing acumen and deep deployment expertise to collaborate closely with sales external partners and cross-functional teamsensuring our customers achieve seamless timely and secure transformations.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

• Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers over extended engagements (6 months 1 year or longer)
• Act as the customers Go-To expert for all matters related to their Zscaler deployment adoption and optimization
• Architect configure and integrate ZIA ZPA and broader Zero Trust Exchange solutions into complex enterprise environments
• Lead technical discovery solution design and migration planning workshops with customer stakeholders
• Collaborating with sales external partners and customer teams to provide consultancy and deployment services.

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services Consultant Network/Security Specialist Technical Account Manager Support/Escalation Engineer or SOC Engineer
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions ZIA and ZPA
• Strong knowledge of authentication systems: SAML and SSO/IdP integrations
• Solid foundation in networking and security fundamentals: TCP/IP DNS HTTP/S SSL/TLS PAC files GRE/IPSec tunnels proxies and firewalls
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and consultative skills comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with solutions built on Microsoft Azure AWS and other leading cloud platforms
• Familiarity with hypervisors: VMware Hyper-V and KVM
• Industry certifications such as ZDTA / ZDTE or CISSP
