What Will You Do

At Chronus were building a world-class enterprise platform and we need a Senior
Product Designer who gets excited about making complex systems feel human.

Heres what your day-to-day looks like:
Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas from fuzzy problem to
polished shippable solution.
Partner closely with Product Engineering and Customer Success to deeply
understand user needs and translate them into intuitive experiences.
Turn ambiguity into clarity: wireframes flows interactive prototypes and high-
fidelity designs that speak for themselves.
Collaborate with engineers on smooth handoffs so what ships actually matches
what you designed.
Help evolve and maintain Chronuss design system consistency across a
complex platform is a superpower here.
Champion usability accessibility and design excellence across the organizationnot just within the design team.

You Should Apply If
You have 3 years of product design experience with a strong background in
enterprise software.
Your portfolio clearly demonstrates UX thinking interaction design and visual
polish not just pretty screens.
Youve wrestled with complex enterprise workflows and found ways to make
them feel simple. Thats your thing.
Youre fluent in Figma and know how to prototype iterate fast and ship.
You understand and apply design systems accessibility standards and
responsive design principles not as checkboxes but as craft.

You communicate design decisions clearly to engineers PMs and executives
without needing a translator.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and take real ownership over outcomes
not just deliverables.
Bonus: experience in HR tech L&D talent management or employee
engagement platforms.
