Location: Noida (5 days Onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager with 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both the US and Indian recruitment markets and have a proven track record of leading large recruitment teams managing operations and driving business performance.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the India operations leading recruitment managers and their teams optimizing operational efficiency implementing best practices and ensuring seamless collaboration between the India and US offices.

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the India recruitment office.
• Manage mentor and develop recruitment managers team leads and recruiting teams across multiple business units.
• Drive recruitment delivery operational excellence and overall business performance.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies operational processes SOPs and best practices.
• Establish and monitor KPIs SLAs productivity metrics and quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery against client requirements while maintaining high service quality.
• Hire train coach and develop recruiters and team managers to build high-performing teams.
• Monitor team performance identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with leadership teams across India and the US to ensure alignment on business objectives and operational priorities.
• Oversee workforce planning resource allocation capacity management and operational reporting.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies client requirements and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present operational reports performance dashboards forecasts and business reviews to senior leadership.

• 15 years of experience in staffing recruitment or workforce solutions.
• 7 years of experience in recruitment operations delivery management or staffing leadership.
• Extensive experience in US Staffing with a strong understanding of the Indian recruitment market.
• Proven experience managing multiple recruitment teams team managers and large-scale delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics workforce planning operational management and process optimization.
• Experience working with ATS CRM VMS/MSP platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Exceptional leadership communication stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

• Experience leading operations within a US staffing or IT staffing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to scale recruitment operations and build high-performing teams.
• Experience driving organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client satisfaction team performance and business growth.
