Senior Officer – Employee Volunteering and Engagement

About the role

The Employee Volunteering & Engagement Senior Officer will organize all aspects of volunteering engagement creating a delightful volunteering experience for all employees worldwide. This individual will curate meaningful engagement opportunities inspire employees and promote volunteering in line with the Group s Sustainability Vision. Key responsibilities also include hosting volunteering events volunteering communications managing volunteering data and undertaking related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Devise employee volunteering program that aligns with the Client s CSR and sustainability vision

Curate impactful employee volunteering engagements

Communicate volunteering opportunities

Motivate employees and manage their expectations

Manage volunteering data and provide relevant reports

Host and manage on-ground volunteering events

Coordinate with online volunteering partners to curate activities host events and drive engagement

Engage with HR teams at manufacturing and international locations to help them curate volunteering activities

Ensure purpose and actions are clearly communicated across the organization

Who are we looking for

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communications / Psychology / Development Studies or a related field.

Demonstrated interest in volunteering communications sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in employee volunteering engagement CSR or the non-profit sector

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills and team coordination abilities

Attention to detail

Ability to work with diverse teams and people across all levels of the organization

Pleasant friendly personality

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn

Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and address employees needs and concerns
