Job Summary

  • Design configure manage and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall or any other firewall environments.
  • Handle advanced firewall configurations security policies NAT VPN routing and related security features.
  • Troubleshoot complex Routing and Switching issues across enterprise network environments.
  • Analyze and resolve critical network and security incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Perform firewall configuration changes upgrades migrations and optimization activities.
  • Monitor network security infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams customers and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Review configurations and troubleshooting approaches to ensure adherence to technical and security standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations changes incidents and solutions.
  • Participate in major incident handling change implementation and infrastructure improvement activities.


    • Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in Network Security / Network Administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to the team and Team management.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing technical environment.
  • Fortinet NSE certification is mandatory or any-other relevant certifications.
  • CCNA certification is mandatory.
