Job Summary

Key Responsibilities :-

Conduct continuous market consumer retailer and competitor analysis. Identify product gaps and new business opportunities across export markets. Translate market insights into commercially viable product concepts. Lead seasonal and buyer-specific product collection development. Coordinate with design sourcing production and quality teams. Develop structured sampling plans based on commercial potential. Track sample performance and incorporate buyer feedback. Support sales and NBD teams with product recommendations and presentations. Lead cross-functional execution and mentor junior merchandisers. Drive process improvements that reduce waste and improve speed-to-market.

Requirements

Qualifications:-

Bachelors degree in Fashion Textile Product Design Business or related field. 815 years of merchandising and product development experience in export businesses. Strong understanding of international retail markets. Excellent analytical commercial communication and leadership skills.
