Senior Master Planner
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Master Planner to join our design team. The successful candidate will have strong experience in master planning and urban design with a proven track record of delivering projects across the Middle East.
The role involves developing masterplans from concept through detailed design coordinating with multidisciplinary teams supporting authority approvals and engaging with clients and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and coordinate large-scale masterplans and urban design projects.
2. Prepare land use plans development strategies zoning plans density studies and phasing plans.
3. Work on residential mixed-use hospitality and destination developments.
4. Coordinate with architecture landscape infrastructure transport and utility teams.
5. Support authority submissions and address planning and regulatory requirements.
6. Review development yields plot layouts road networks access parking and mobility strategies.
7. Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
8. Review consultant deliverables and ensure quality standards are maintained.
9. Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.
10. Contribute to design guidelines planning controls and development
Qualifications :
Requirements
1. Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning/Urban Design
2. Minimum 5 years experience in master planning or urban design.
3. Strong experience on Middle East projects preferably in UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
4. Experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy or developer environment.
5. Good understanding of planning regulations authority requirements and development processes.
6. Ability to coordinate infrastructure mobility landscape and utility requirements within a masterplan.
7. Strong communication presentation and client-facing skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within project teams.
