Job Summary
In the above context the Product Trainer role to train employees about the product process and soft skills. They also responsible for identify the need for training.
- Responsible toidentify the need for trianing
- Interacting with employees
- Get together meet
- Responsible to give training for clients
- Collect the information about clients who undergo training
- Deciding the training topics
- Deciding the constraints ( time accommodation budgeting etc..)
- Responsible to Bridge the gap between internal client and external client
- Offering employees the chance to socialize with colleagues at organized team team building activities.
- Operating an open door policy
- Providing high quality training and development.
Internal Stakehoders
- Sales Team (all department) for training purpose
External Stakehoders
- Agents / Producers
3 years in sales and 2 years in training department.
Any graduation
