This role combines technical leadership with strategic vision as you guide multiple engineering teams to deliver mission-critical goals that directly impact Primes value proposition. Youll collaborate across the company to influence technical roadmaps and build product solutions that delight millions of Prime members while driving profitable growth for Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
Define and execute technical roadmap and vision for multiple engineering teams delivering Prime benefits and construct innovations
Lead cross-organizational collaboration with benefit providers country leads and foundational systems to devise technical strategy and influence company-wide roadmaps
Develop strategic goals for your organization that address the needs of large customer bases where problems may not yet be defined establishing long-term engineering team structures
Drive technical excellence by establishing audit mechanisms for customer experience quality and operational performance while removing bottlenecks to enable independent team work
Partner with technical leaders across organizational boundaries to plan long-term viability of software architecture from both business and technology standpoints

Youll start by reviewing technical roadmaps with your engineering teams ensuring alignment with Primes strategic vision while addressing complex technical challenges that impact millions of members. Your day includes collaborating with partners across Amazonfrom Prime Video to Digital Accelerationto influence technical strategies that will shape the future of Prime benefits. Youll guide multiple teams through ambiguous problem spaces making critical decisions about resource allocation and technical direction while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Benefits Pricing & Constructs team is central to Amazon Primes north star vision of creating Earths most engaging satisfying and loved membership program. We drive profitable growth through four key levers: increasing potential value through new benefits making members aware and excited about Primes value innovating new Prime constructs to reach new segments and growing Amazons long-term free cash flow through strategic benefit partnerships and pricing decisions.
