Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive endtoend SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) projects. The role will oversee both greenfield and brownfield deployments mentor a highperforming delivery team and ensure alignment with business objectives and bestinclass SAP standards.

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive endtoend SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) projects. The role will oversee both greenfield and brownfield deployments mentor a highperforming delivery team and ensure alignment with business objectives and bestinclass SAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design configuration and rollout of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Manage a team of functional consultants developers and analysts to deliver highquality deliverables on schedule.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust PP processes and system enhancements.
- Develop and enforce project governance risk management and quality assurance practices.
- Drive integration efforts with other S/4HANA modules (MM SD QM FICO) to ensure seamless endtoend processes.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledgetransfer activities for client teams.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SAP PP best practices.
- Support postgolive support hypercare and stabilization activities.
- Represent Bristlecone in client meetings proposals and presales engagements as a subjectmatter expert.
Qualifications
- 15 years of handson experience in SAP PP with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA PP implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of production planning scheduling shop floor control and related logistics processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture integration points and migration strategies.
- Excellent leadership peoplemanagement and stakeholderengagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate Production Planning).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional communication presentation and problemsolving abilities.
