We are seeking a highly driven and organized leader to anchor program management for the Loyalty & Partnerships function. This role will be critical in driving end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives ensuring alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders and translating business priorities into scalable customer & business outcomes.
You will act as the central execution lead across teams while collaborating closely with external partners. The role will own the program P&L and the delivery of key loyalty and partnership programs including product development technology implementations feature launches partner activations customer-facing initiatives points liability management and rewards cost optimization.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong program management discipline stakeholder influence and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving environment with a clear focus on execution excellence and driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution: Own and drive end-to-end program management for key loyalty and partnership initiatives ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of coordination across internal teams (CRM Product IT Commercial Finance Customer Experience Operations etc) aligning priorities managing governance forums resolving dependencies and ensuring execution discipline.
Product & Feature Implementation: Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to define prioritize and deliver loyalty and partnership capabilities including customer journeys and partner integrations.
Program Economics Management: Manage the program P&L to ensure commercial sustainability and ROI by managing points liability and optimizing reward cost structures.
Partner Integration & Delivery Management: Work with external partners and internal teams to operationalize partnerships ensuring smooth onboarding system readiness and consistent delivery of agreed value propositions.
Performance Ownership: Track program outcomes against defined business and customer KPIs proactively identify risks and bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in execution efficiency and program experience.
Operational Readiness & Launch Excellence: Ensure all initiatives are fully operationally ready- across systems processes and teams- prior to launch with clear escalation and contingency planning.
Desired Qualification:Bachelors or Masters degree in Business or a related field.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
810 years of experience in program management product implementation or cross-functional project delivery
Demonstrated experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and delivering large-scale programs from concept to launch
Experience working closely with technology teams
Good to have:
Strong program management and execution capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership
Solid understanding of digital product ecosystems customer journeys and platform integrations
