Your work profile
- Own theend-to-end Record to Report lifecycle including:
- General Ledger
- Subledger Accounting
- Period Close & Financial Close Management
- Fixed Assets
- Intercompany Accounting
- Financial Reporting and Analytics
- Consolidation (Oracle FCCS / Hyperion)
- Lead Oracle RTR solution design aligned to accounting standards and business requirements
- Drive standardization automation and close acceleration initiatives
- Translate finance and accounting needs into Oracle ERP solutions
Key skills required
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on order management supply chain or related enterprise systems. Experience on MAO Sterling OMS BY OM Fluent Commerce will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira Confluence).
