Essential Responsibilities:

• Execute design and analysis evaluation of Power Electronics Product design and project engineering.
• Responsible for Stack design development and engineering; Evaluation of Electrical / Electronic components & Sub systems Packaging and other hardware systems.
• Lead engineering practices and business improvements initiatives within the group & business
• Familiar with LV/MV/SFC/H2R drive systems fault calculations and sizing protection components like contactors isolators circuit breakers and basics of arc flash analysis.
• Work closely with CFT to optimize overall solution.
• Understand various standards relevant to design NEMA/IEC/UL standards.
• Lead & Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
• Identify opportunities for engagement development cost down VAVE and IP generation.
• Collaborate with global engineering & manufacturing sites.
• Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
• Ability to Hire Mentor and develop talents.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Electronics or Electrical Engg or Equivalent from accredited college / university
• 10 15 years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience/knowledge in Product / Electrical design
• Proficiencyin ETAB Simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink PLECS PSCAD PSPICE etc.
