Senior Manager Business Analysis

Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Analyst - Techno Functional

Experience: 8 to 14 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering analysis and understanding of business needs
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders for requirement finalization and progress updates
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and support functional documentation reviews
• Review and sign-off Functional Specifications and Impact Analysis shared by technology teams
• Prepare and review test scenarios test cases and related documentation
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) raise defects and track issues to closure
• Present and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and obtain UAT sign-offs
• Provide initial production support post-release to ensure smooth implementation and transition
• Validate and sign-off production issues following the change management process
• Prepare MIS reports and status updates for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with development testing and support teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle

Requisites

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional environment
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience in manual testing and UAT coordination
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
• Exposure to automated testing tools will be an added advantage
• Understanding of capital market products such as:
  • Equity Market
  • Equity Derivatives
  • Currency Derivatives
  • Mutual Funds
  • Money Market Products
  • Securities Lending & Borrowing
• Knowledge of exchange functions including:
  • Trading
  • Clearing & Settlement
  • Collateral Management
  • Risk Management
• Strong understanding of financial and capital markets
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills
