About the Role
Lead the Analytics & Business Strategy function to drive data-backed decision-making business performance and strategic initiatives across the organization. Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business problems influence key decisions and build a high-performing analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives to improve growth profitability and operational efficiency.
Build executive dashboards KPI frameworks forecasts and business reviews.
Generate actionable insights through deep analysis of business customer and operational data.
Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to execution.
Standardize reporting governance and performance management frameworks.
Champion automation and AI-driven analytics to improve business productivity.
Team Leadership
Lead mentor and develop a team of 56 Business Analysts.
Set priorities review deliverables and ensure high-quality execution.
Build analytical capabilities best practices and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics priorities with business goals.
What Were Looking For
710 years of experience in Business Strategy Analytics Consulting Business Excellence or Revenue Strategy.
2 years of experience leading analytics or business intelligence teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data.
Expertise in SQL Excel and BI tools (Power BI Tableau Looker).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving stakeholder management and communication skills.
