Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machine shop equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic faults in CNC machines.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime by resolving breakdowns efficiently.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain and service VMC HMC Grinding SPM Broaching Hobbing and Shaping machines.
- Analyze recurring machine issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Lead guide and support the maintenance team to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
